We use a variety of carriers for all our deliveries.
You should normally allow 2-3 working days for delivery of your purchase.
During the peak Christmas period delivery may be delayed and we advise that orders for Christmas are placed in good time.
Please note orders are processed Monday to Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays.
We can deliver to anywhere in the UK including the Scottish Isles and Channel Islands.
Royal Mail don’t deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. A limited delivery service will be in operation in the week immediately after Christmas.
If you have made a mistake within your order please e-mail us at fairfieldplantsupplies1@hotmail.co.uk as soon as possible Monday to Friday 9am – 5.15pm, quoting your order reference number. We will do our utmost to try and make any necessary changes.
If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued. You must phone us immediately 07804357274 (not email) should you wish to cancel.
We will use your email address solely to inform you of events, tips, and special offers on our products and services. Please note that you can unsubscribe at any time by sending, “unsubscribe” to our e-mail address.
